The four character types are green hedgehog, yellow whale, red shark, and blue dolphin.
Green hedgehogs – The green hedgehog is highly analytical, cautious, skeptical, and conservative. They are not big risk-takers and are often the only introverted loner out there. They may not be the friendliest personality type, but you can definitely build a relationship with them quickly when you learn to understand people.
Yellow whales Yellow whales are the most lovable of people, and they make the best of friends. They are reliable, honest and really good listeners. They love to help others almost to make a mistake, because they are often taken advantage of by bad people.
Red sharks Red Sharks are your leaders, achievers, and top producers. If you appear weak and unsure of yourself when dealing with a redhead shark, it will eat you alive. They will hurt your feelings and could care less. Red Sharks might be the most difficult people to get along with, but you will also get positive results with Red Sharks when you understand people.
blue dolphins – These are your social butterflies… your “people”. They are the life of any party and love to be the center of attention. This is probably the easiest personality type to get along with. You can’t help but love them!
We all have a dominant personality type. This is how we normally act. You can even see a child’s personality and see what they will be like as adults.
Understanding people will bring you more positive results in your home business and in your personal life. Before I understood the 4 personality types, I had never had a relationship that lasted more than 3 months.
